My journey

 All life is a spiritual work of beauty. From the moment we take our first steps alone as a child without the aid of our parents to the moment we take our last breath on this world. The bit in between is our adventure.

I’ve always read between the lines of life and have come to the conclusion the more I know, the less I know and find some comfort in that realisation.

Being present is a great answer to the mystery of life, and yet it can be a challenge. That is where spiritual work can help.

I am humbled to bring my work to help others while also still learning and changing along the way. 

Training with Jay & Kestrel from the Bridget Centre Glastonbury has been life changing and feel a big part of myself has been rediscovered and come back to me. I wish to express my love and gratitude to them for their grace and wisdom.

Nature, trees, sound and the deep connection with all life have made me want to bring this magical way of being to others.

I feel so at home in shamanic work; it is the heart beat of my soul.

There is so much more to discover and learn on this subject and  I look forward to  learning more with my great teachers.
